Is traditional coaching obsolete? Yes! When you need rapid results. Why hasn’t coaching progressed since it became a thing, twenty years ago? That was the question that inspired Alain, Panos, Leon and Davide to re-imagine what coaching should be like in an exponential world. Here is something new! We designed an approach that would fully prepare executives to lead, in a world where cultures, business models and technologies are transforming in years, sometimes months. The hypothesis was that, in a complex world, a multi-dimensional and multi-perspective approach to coaching was required.

The model had to solve three specific issues.

1. Firstly, the world is changing so fast that the positive impact of coaching needs to be accelerated. Lasting results should be derived from short interventions

2. Secondly, today’s leaders have to deal with viewpoints from a widening set of constituents. Therefore, the coaching model cannot continue to be one dimensional.

3. Thirdly, the approach had to work in a world where physical limitations are irrelevant and, that, in time could move into an augmented reality

After two years of experimenting, we have now solved for these three issues. And our results are measurable, with a 100% referral rate and 10 net promotor score.

We have created this solution by combining the talents of four very different Master Coaches. Together we spontaneously create a seamless, multi-dimensional experience for the client, who is an integral part of the process. This process induces deep-introspection, and allows the client to become conscious of abilities he/she was not aware of, as well as providing him/her with a 360 degree multi-perspective view of their world.
